Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the following reasons:

Immediate Processing: Our fulfillment system begins processing your order as soon as it's confirmed. This includes packing and scheduling for shipment, which cannot be paused or reversed.

Inventory Allocation: Each confirmed order reserves specific stock that is no longer available to other customers. Cancelling at this stage affects inventory management and fulfillment efficiency.

Changes to your order
Although cancellation is not possible, in some cases we can assist with minor adjustments, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible adjustments include:

Changing the size or color of an item

Updating the shipping address

Making small adjustments to your order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to request a change. While we cannot guarantee all changes, we will do our best to accommodate them if the order has not yet been dispatched.
